Where we ship
The subscription accepts mailing addresses around the world. International standard postage is included in the $12.99 monthly price.
Mail Drop schedule
Sign-ups close on the 1st of each month. Petra and her mom send each Mail Drop from Greece on the 5th. Snail mail usually arrives within 2 to 3 weeks and does not include a tracking number.
The September Mail Drop closes September 1. Sign up after September 1 to receive the October Mail Drop.
Changing an address
Update the full recipient name and shipping address through the Stripe customer portal as soon as possible. A late change may apply only to future Mail Drops.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscribers can update payment or address information, review billing, or unsubscribe anytime through Stripe's secure customer portal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically reverse the current payment. Applicable legal rights are not limited.
Failed payments
A Mail Drop may be held until Stripe confirms a successful payment.
Missing or damaged mail
Because untracked international snail mail can be delayed, subscribers should allow the stated postal window before contacting support. Replacement requests depend on available materials.
